Roche Diagnostics: Global Satisfaction Survey

OMB Research have undertaken a number of projects for Roche Diagnostics, including several multi-country surveys of medical staff to monitor satisfaction and usage of medical diagnostic equipment and related services. These surveys each consisted of c.650 telephone interviews across 5 different countries with all interviewing conducted in respondents’ native tongue. The interviews were semi-structured in nature, and captured a large amount of qualitative verbatim feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of the equipment and service provided. These multi-country studies were based on a similar survey conducted in the UK by OMB Research, which was rolled out globally as a result of its success.
